On April 27^th, 2021, Center for Student Consultancy and Support in collaboration with UB Group (a member of Banking Union) to organize a talk show “ Connecting employment Banker 4.0).

The event witnessed the appearance of Mr. Nguyen Cong Tung – Director, Trung Vuong office, Military Bank, Thai Nguyen Branch; Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh – Head of Department of Strategic Customer Development, Director of Center for ksill training and development, ME Academy, UB group; Ms. Nguyen Thu Huyen – Head of Sale Department, Center for kill training and development, ME Academy, UB group.

 

On be haft of TUEBA, there were Assoc. Prof. Tran Nhuan Kien – Vice Rector; Dr. Pham Minh Hoang – Deputy Head of Student Affair; Head of Faculties and 300 students.

The talk show includes 3 parts: Part1: Ms Nguyen Ngoc Anh shares information relating to jobs in a commercial bank and how to prepare CV, interview.

Part 2: representatives of UB group and students together discussed about job opportunities in Finance and Banking fields.

Part 3: students were interviewed by the employers.

The show was hold in order to provide more information about banks, internship opportunities, jobs after graduation for students. This is not only an occasion for them to discuss, lean and shared their thoughts about majors but also a chance for them to cumulate experience before doing internship and apply for jobs in banks.

In the show, students asked many questions and they also received responds from guest. Most of questions related to how they do internship in banks, how to apply a job in banks, necessary skills, pressure, and way to develop career.

It clear that students majoring in Finance and Banking and others students in TUEBA had interesting experience and be more confident to develop their career after this show.
