On November 13, 2017, TUEBA welcomed a delegation from Hosei University (Tokyo, Japan) comprising Mr. Kondo Kiyoyuki – General Manager of Educational Support Department, Mr. Harada Satoru – International Cooperation Advisor, Mr. Takuma Sato – Head of the Student Admission Office (International Training Center) and representatives of Springboard4 Vietnam, JSC. On behalf of TUEBA, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Thi Thu – Chairman of the University Council, Dr. Tran Van Quyet – Head of the Department of Science – Technology and International Cooperation; Dr. Bui Thi Minh Hang – Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Center for Training and Study abroad, Dr. Pham Van Hanh – Dean of Business Administration Faculty – welcomed and worked with the delegation.
During the working session, the two sides exchanged a number of many opportunities for cooperation in international joint training programs, academic exchanges and student exchanges. The two universities also explored each other’s strengths and appreciated the cooperation opportunities in the future. TUEBA and Hosei University agreed to thoroughly study and develop a 2 + 2 training model (two years of study in Vietnam and two years of study in Japan). The delegates of Hosei University wished to welcome TUEBA’s students to Japan to participate in the Global Business Program. In addition, the two sides discussed the possibility of organizing Japanese language training programs at TUEBA and the opportunity of sending TUEBA’s faculty members to Hosei University to attend Postgraduate programs. At the end of the session, both sides expressed their hope to build a cooperative relationship in the future and to implement cooperation programs as soon as possible.
